Who I am

Using this site

This site presents my technical support, web design and content services. The text, design and images are mine unless marked otherwise. You can quote them with a link back.

I link to other sites when they are useful, but I am not responsible for what they say.

What data I handle

Only what you give me: your name, your email address and whatever you tell me when you write or book a call. No form on this site stores data. The "Get started" form only prepares an email in your own mail app.

I use it to reply, to prepare a quote and, if we work together, to deliver and invoice the work. The legal basis is your consent when you write to me and, if you hire me, the contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

How long I keep it

For as long as the conversation lasts. If you become a client, I keep invoices and tax details for the years the law requires.

Who else sees it

I do not sell or share your data. A few providers handle it on my behalf:

Some of these providers are outside the European Union. When they are, they handle data with the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies and no analytics, and the fonts are served from the site itself. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Your rights

At any time you can ask me what data I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it or stop using it. You can also ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Write to the email address above.

If you think I have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Let's talk

Tell me what you need. I reply within one or two working days.
