Technical support · Per project

Technical support projects for software products.

I set up or sort out your product's support: in Spanish, in your help center, or inside your team. Every project has a start, an end and a fixed price.

Sound familiar?

Customers write to you in Spanish, and you reply through a translator.
Replies and articles written in Spanish from the start, with a glossary for your product.
Your team answers the same question twenty times a week.
Every repeated question becomes a saved reply or a help article.
You have a help center, but nobody finds anything in it.
A review that tells you what's missing, what can go and what to write first.

What you get

Three kinds of project, each with a clear deliverable. If you're not sure where to start, start with the review. Prices are before VAT, where it applies.

Help center review

Find out what's broken before you spend money fixing it.

  • A written report on what's missing and what's out of date.
  • The searches your customers make that find no answer.
  • The first ten articles worth writing.

Sorting out your support

For teams whose support has grown faster than their setup.

  • A help center people actually use: customers find the answer before they write in, and the AI assistants answering for you get it right.
  • Workflows, tags and saved replies in your support tool.
  • A template so bugs reach your product team with everything they need.
  • Internal docs so new people get up to speed fast.

Support in Spanish

For products that have only offered English until now.

  • Your help center, adapted for Spanish speakers.
  • Saved replies in Spanish for the most common questions.
  • A glossary: which terms get translated and which stay in English.
  • A guide so your team can carry on without me.

Three steps

You know the price and the delivery date before we start.

  1. A free call

We talk for 20 minutes about your product and your support. Within two working days, I send you a fixed quote.

  2. I work inside your tools

With a seat in your support tool and access only to what the project needs.

  3. You get it all in writing

With the docs your team needs to carry on without me. My access is removed that same week.

Five years on the other side of the inbox

For the last five years I've worked in technical support for a software product with thousands of users. I know how to write to someone who is frustrated, and how to explain a bug to the person who has to fix it.

  • Native English, fluent Spanish

I write English as a native speaker and Spanish fluently. Galician too.

  • Technical, and a writer

I can read logs and integrations, and write the help article that heads off the next ticket.

  • A fixed price

You know the cost before we start. I don't bill by the hour.

  • All in writing

Every project ends with documentation that stays with your team.

Common questions

How long does a project take?
Two to six weeks, depending on the project. You get the delivery date in writing along with the quote.
What about our customers' data?
I sign your data processing agreement, as GDPR requires. I only access what the project needs, and my access is removed the same week it ends.
What happens when the project ends?
Your team keeps everything: the articles, the replies and the docs. If you need something else later, we scope it as a new project.
